A genuine all-rounder

Bio-natural gas is used in electricity generation, heat supply, and as a biofuel for vehicles. In the process, biomass is fermented and turned into biomethane. The biomethane obtained can replace conventional fossil natural gas 1:1.

Potential uses

Biomethane is fed into the Austrian natural gas grid or used as CNG (compressed natural gas) or LNG (liquefied natural gas) to fuel cars or trucks.

Certification

Certified biogas can be marketed in a variety of ways by upgrading it to higher-quality biomethane.
