Energy from waste
We produce BioDiesel from used cooking oil (UCO), making use of a waste-based raw material for fuel production.
As Austria’s largest BioDiesel producer, we produce more than 200,000 tonnes of waste-based BioDiesel (fatty acid methyl esters, or FAME) every year at our production sites in Vienna and Styria.
We offer our customers advanced BioDiesel produced from eligible raw materials listed in Annex IX of the EU Renewable Energy Directive. In Austria, the relevant sustainability documentation is managed through the electronic elNa system operated by the Austrian Environment Agency.

Quality Assurance
The quality of our BioDiesel is based without exception on the European standard EN 14214.
In addition to strict internal quality assurance, we apply the leading European quality management system in line with our membership of the BioDiesel Quality Management Association (“Arbeitsgemeinschaft Qualitätsmanagement Biodiesel e.V.”, AGQM).
