FAQs

Is it possible to complete an internship at Münzer?

Münzer offers a wide range of opportunities and support for career starters. For example, internships in the commercial or technical field are possible. Additionally supervision of university projects and final theses or pre-scientific work is offered. Holiday internships, which are offered annually during the summer months, are particularly popular in the following areas:

  • Office, finance and administration
  • Laboratory and quality assurance
  • Facility management and maintenance

If you have specific questions, for example about an internship or work experience days, or perhaps even want to write a diploma, bachelor's or master's thesis, please contact us personally.

What do I need to bring with me to work at Münzer?

As Münzer is constantly growing, we offer many unique career opportunities with a focus on business, technology and chemistry. As an international family business, we are particularly interested in working with people who have demonstrated good performance and commitment in the course of their career to date.

Initial relevant practical experience or industry-related experience is an advantage, but not a must. Another plus point could be a certain driving licence (C level) or your own vehicle, as our locations are often difficult to reach by public transport.

How can I apply for a job?

All current vacancies can be found on our website. As soon as you have found a position that matches your qualifications and skills, you can upload your CV and other relevant information (cover letter, certificates, contact details) using the corresponding online application form.

Alternatively, you can also send your application documents by e-mail to jobs[at]muenzer.at and contact us personally if you have any further questions about the respective vacancies.

How can I send an unsolicited application?

You can send your unsolicited application, i.e. an application that does not refer to a specific job offer, either by e-mail (to jobs[at]muenzer.at) or via the ‘Unsolicited application’ job advert (link) on our website. However, we would ask you to at least indicate the specific company division or area of responsibility (e.g. administration, purchasing, logistics).

Are there any training and further education programmes that are particularly in demand within the Münzer Group?

As diverse as the individual company divisions, products and services are, the range of different tasks that need to be mastered daily are just as broad. We are therefore constantly on the lookout for people with a wide range of qualifications and skills.

It doesn't always have to be a degree or a specific certificate that convinces us - manual skills and technical understanding are just as much in demand within the Münzer Group as the responsible handling of figures or creative ingenuity.

I haven't received any feedback on my application for far too long, what should I do?

We always endeavour to provide timely feedback. Nevertheless, it can sometimes happen that we need a little longer than we should. It can often be helpful to check that your contact details are up to date and correct (typing errors, incorrect number) and to check your e-mail inbox (suspected spam).

If you have the feeling that the application process is taking too long or that we should have contacted you in the meantime, please contact us immediately by telephone so that we can inform you personally about the status of your application.

What happens if I receive a rejection?

A rejection is particularly unpleasant for everyone involved, but it is not the end of the world. Please do not regard a rejection as a judgement of your qualifications; often it is only subtle nuances that influence our decision.

Due to Münzer's constant growth, new projects and new developments create new positions in the company and a new application can make sense.

We use our social media channels to keep you informed about new developments and changes within the company. In addition, you may be invited by our recruiters to stay in touch beyond the application process (professional networks, database). So stay informed and don't miss out on any future vacancies.

Will my data be stored?

The responsible handling of data is a central component of our corporate culture and we want you to retain control over your data at all times. You can find more information on our privacy policy.
