A new office at the heart of the EU

The office is just a few metres away from the European Parliament. Pursuing our quest for international growth, we have added another central location to our map, this time in Brussels, right at the heart of the European Union.

“In recent years, international interest in biofuels has risen sharply, as can be seen from the example of the RED. However, it is not only the production and use of alternative fuels that is growing, but also the need for regulation at EU level. With our new office at the heart of the EU, we can have an even greater influence on the policy-making framework and economic conditions governing our industry,” says Ewald-Marco Münzer, commenting on the most recent expansion.

A veritable “Who's Who” of leading Austrian politicians and numerous representatives of the country’s biofuels industry were invited to the official opening of the new office in Brussels on Tuesday.

Among them was Barbara Thaler, Member of the European Parliament and President of the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce. She praised our international commitment, stating: “It is important that Austrian companies engage with globalisation, and play an active role in shaping it.”
