Used Cooking Oil Self-Declarations

The self-declarations for the delivery of used cooking oil (UCO), Food waste, waste and residual materials on this page are a valid part of the contract between us and our customers. The self-declaration is presented to our customers either in the contract or in the General Terms and Conditions. If the self-declaration is part of the written contract, it shall be deemed accepted from the date on which the contract comes into force. If the self-declaration is contained in the General Terms and Conditions, it shall be deemed to have been accepted if no objection is lodged with Münzer within 14 days of submission of the General Terms and Conditions. If no objection is raised, this shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions. The self-declaration is deemed to have been accepted after the 14 days have expired.
