Our Color Scale of UCO

As cooking oil degrades through repeated use, its color darkens—an indicator of increasing levels of Total Polar Compounds (TPC), which form due to heat, oxidation, and contamination. TPC levels above 25% are considered critical, marking the Risk Zone for health and food safety.
